    Anyone know where we can get round single toggle nickel plated/porcelain light switches for cheap?

    A nice pair! Quite a few variants here - no time to look through now - but we used their flat white base and silver toggle ones.

    Aha, so they're called dolly switches, thanks. £20 seems to be the going rate unfortunately. :sad:

    Yes, they are very nice - thanks for the link.

    www.bromleighs.com also do some period switches and nice Finesse pewter door handles but they are v expensive.

    Before you choose a particular make check you can get all the variants needed (eg for multi place switching).
