Housing - New Build: Timberframe sole plate grout

    Anyone know of a grout for underneath a timber frame sole plates. Passivhaus so ideally insulating as well as structural. I am thinking an epoxy resin type grout?

    see RothoBlaas, they do a flexible seal just for this....?

    What exactly do you want the grout for? As Daryl says there are seals made to go under the sole plate. Trelleborg is another brand.
