A workshop clearout means I'm looking for someone who could make use of my old lathe. It was well used when I got it 40 years ago but it's had an easy time with me. It has two 3-jaw chucks and one 4-jaw and a 6"? faceplate. Also has power feed and crossfeed, and gears to set up screw cutting, but I think it will need a bit of TLC to get those features working - otherwise it's handy for the odd bit of staightforward turning or boring. See www.lathes.co.uk for some background on it.

I'm near Rickmansworth close to J18 of the M25, Give me a whisper if you're interested. It's not more than about 4'6 long and the cast iron legs can be removed along with other bits to make it light enough for two to shift easily.
