I have 2 full rolls and a (slightly more than) half roll of 'studded' Spry tanking membrane, with two bags of fixings and some (box damaged) rolls of sealant and sealant rope. http://www.spryproducts.co.uk

They have been sat down a cellar for 3 years waiting for me to convert a cellar - not happening now I am moving. These things usually sell for £150-200 per roll plus fixings. £250 for all of it - collection from Sheffield ideally, or at cost with a courier.

Anyone who is interested, we have used spry membrane for over 10 years in our barn renovation business and it is brilliant stuff. This is a real bargain - snap it up! I only wish we had a use for it at the moment.

May have a use, how many sqm ?

(Hope your not moving too far Matt?)

James - two full rolls (20m2 each) and one part roll (estimated 10m2 - liberated from a skip....), two packs of fixings (enough for 40m2) and a pile of rope/tape/sealant in damp boxes.

And moving to Killin, Loch Tay - so only a mere 315 miles away...

In that case Matt I'll 'av that then - the first contribution to the build... When's good for collection, you still on same no.?

Loch Tay eh... sounds lovely, a sad loss to our city..

I once spoke to a cab driver in Sussex (on my way to visit Ben Law's house as it happens) and told him about our planned holiday in Tain near Inverness. I'd already mentioned that I was from Sheffield and in all seriousness he volunteered that as I was in 'the North', Inverness was relatively close... "say about 3 or 4 hours drive ?"

Aye, we have had a few friends raise eyebrows at the 5+ hour drive to get there. Mind you, I was also offered a job at Grantown on Spey - that would have scared 'em!

I am on same number - can organise collection or delivery if you like over this weekend / next week. Weekend after we are away, and move the following Thursday...
