    Great looking house, layout likes very good too. Without knowing what the outside environment is like, I would have mirrored the layout to have the kitchen on the East side for the morning sun and the study/lounge on the West for afternoon light.

    It was dictated by the environment. All the views are south west with a hedge and road to the east otherwise it would have been a good option. It is a very similar layout to the house that we had been in at that location for a number of years so we had lived it first which helped a lot.
