Bad lighting is a problem in offices, I used to work at the RNIB Head Office and they had quite sophisticated lighting and heating. I learnt a lot from that and having cataracts, caused by UV damage, that means that I cannot have a window in front of me when working and have to wear sunglasses when out even when cloudy.
