    Purely out of idle curiosity, what happened to Mr Cameron's micro turbine?

    It was suppose - with solar - to generate up to 1/3 of his household electricity. Ahem.

    Might have trickle charged his mobile phone by now - just.
    He's probably lucky there is negligible wind in Kensington otherwise the chimney would have shaken to bits (Building Research Establishment recommend no wind turbine should be attached to a domestic dwelling for a reason).

    I think he lost his planning appeal and had to take it down. But he was in opposition then. And it was before the expenses ruckus.
