Spoke to Cornings this morning who told me it comes in blocks 600 x450 x whatever You want between 40 -180mm,

What thickness do I need I've asked Warrens Insulation to quote me for 50mm thick,

Apparantly its cut into pieces depending on size of opening and size of material to be fitted...a window / door

I was reading another piece on this but can't find it can U tell me what its called...?

thanks]]>

Depending on exactly how you are using it you may be able to use the larger bare panels you are talking about, which are quite cheap at about £3.50 each, or you may need to use perinsul blocks, which have a bituminous coating, and possibly a different/guaranteed strength spec, but cost much more. About £5 per 450x100x100 block (I've just use loads of them, and they are good gear, but I don't really understand why the sheet form is so much cheaper...)]]>
