    Hi Everyone,

    We are coming to the end of our self build project, for which we bought in March 2010 a new caravan/mobile home to stay in at weekends during the build. It is just my wife & I (no kids or pets!) and we only used it during weekends so still smells and looks like new! Partly helped by being 80% undercover in a barn!

    It is a Swift Burgundy 35' x 10' 3 bedroom: http://www.swiftleisure.co.uk/holiday-homes/burgundy/layouts and included in the price is a Fridge and Microwave

    We paid £20k in March -- would look to take something like £16k for it.

    We are located just outside Winchester if you'd like to view it.
