Posted By: fclausonHave you done you return on investment for ST - its typically 15 to 20 years - its not actually the best bang for your buck when it comes to saving energyTrue, but in a new house I want it to use as little energy as possible from the start rather than try to reduce what I use. With no VAT and a low cost of borrowing, the economics do look better.
