    Not FIT for industrial turbines ROC's. But no different to any other form of generation that was growing.

    Why does it have to be either or? there are benefits to geographically spreading your turbines out.

    To pick a slightly bizzare analogy wall insulation has a better payback than decent glazing but few would argue this was either or.

    We've been here before. It's all about appropriate developments both in geographical area and size of turbine. The bigger the turbine the further off shore it should be.
