    As the FIT rate is now ridiculously low and DIY PV instillation is so cheap I am thinking of putting approx 3kWP on my garage roof as a non FIT project, does anyone know of an electricity supplier who would set up a PPA arrangement on this basis with an import export meter.

    Have you tried Good Energy? Otherwise get a power wall? Or make one from recycled laptop batteries :-).
