Much of the early green building movement in the UK was powered by the pent-up energy contained in BS engineers: Characters like Peter Warm, John Willoughby and David Olivier surrounded, advised and guided me during the early days of the magazine and the AECB. I always thought that "Peter Warm" must be a made-up name! It's too much of coincidence that someone involved in green heating systems and insulation would have a name like "Warm" :wink:

If I remember correctly, Peter changed his name to 'Warm' by deedpoll. Now that's what I call committed marketing !]]>
