    i'm going to start this thread with a brief intro and a list of online resources. why, well i feel the legislation for production of energy performance certificates has been rushed through resulting in industry professionals having to take up the slack and make sure that people are well informed whether clients, suppliers, architects, tradesmen or whatever. I've been researching this stuff for a business plan and i figure if i can share these resources then theres more value in the time i've spent on it.
