    Hi guys.

    I have read with much interest and balance the discussion on filling a sub-floor void with EPS beads. As I have only around 0.4m height crawlspace this may be my best option. For those that have used this method, was it easy to find an installer prepared to do the job? A DIY soluition would, IMO, not provide sufficient fill etc.

    Unlikely to find an installer yet, in a few years time it will be possible.
    I would help do it and I have a bead blower

    Workmanship is in the hands of the installer, sometimes DIY outshines professional

    Yes, several. Ecclestones is favourite unless in NI but other peoples cleft overs on e-bay did my last job for 80% saving.

    Free source could by using a garden shredder to recycle eps packaging - seen it done in NZ
