    .. beware, non-Thai nationals are banned from owning land/property.
    So you will have to go into a joint partnership with a Thai lawyer... And we all know what lawyers are like?:devil:

    I am not knocking Thailand, been there a couple of times, great 'vibe'..... but,
    land (ownership) is a sensitive subject in Thailand.
    So just go into things with eyes wide open, and don't trust anyone.....:devil:

    It's an easy mistake to make with this forum: select the text in one person's post then click the quote link on another's (e.g., the following or previous post) and you get miss-attributed text.
