    My multi-generational ecohome in west Wales is for sale. As I’m fast approaching pension age I have decided to downsize my life and have bought a bungalow in a nearby village that needs major upgrading (but in a pint-sized skin). If anyone is looking for large 5 bed modern home (+ teenager/granny annexe) with a number of eco-features (but always room for many more)

    Solar hot water, passive solar south facing clerestory, amazing views, 1 acre of lawns (ideal for gshp in future) then please look up ’ Sunfold’ at my agent john Francis, Cardigan. I can PM or upload pics if required.
