Several tall wall units, with 2 x corners.
Doors are plain white slightly textured laminate with oak strips on each side and postformed top and bottom. Integrated eye level oven and fridge housings.
Many of the units are in unblemished condition,- certainly carcase wise.
Because of the fundamental quality of the kitchen it would easily respond to an upgrade, i.e. new soft close hinges, doors re painted if required. Existing worktop is laminate so maybe not worth bothering with unless needed.

As a result I have 170 easyslate 600mm spare (one box of 100, one box of 70). These will allow a slate or synthetic slate roof to go down to a pitch of 12 degrees, often handy for lean-to style extensions where the existing roof finish needs to be matched for planning reasons...

As a bonus, fibre-cement slates have about the lowest embodied energy of any man-made tile, is low weight, and low cost too.

... I didn't buy from these people, but that's an indicative price and description.

Happy to sell at 70p each (paid £1.10 each inc VAT I think). Happy to put them on a courier at cost.

I also have the associated Marley Thrutone slate too if anyone is in the are and want to pick up (Brighton).]]>

I have a whole host of Unger Diffutherm insulation/plastering products for sale. I bought a job lot of these on eBay from someone who had them left over from a job, and after taking what I need to finish internally insulating my cottage, I have a lot left too!

Normally these are all quite eye-wateringly expensive, but it is a great system, so hopefully these can go to a good home and help make it a bit cheaper for someone else. If you have any questions about it, please ask - we've done 25 sqm so far, and are planning another 50 this summer.

The items:
- 10 x 20mm wood fibre reveal insulation boards. £3.00 each http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/161699317477
- 30 x 25kg bags of vapour control lime plaster. £15 each http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/161699282100
- 15 x 2.5m Interior render/window edging strips. £2.00 each http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/161699312038
- 80 x Window/Door corner strengthening mesh. £5.00 for 10 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/161699298039
- 40 x 2.5m Corner profile mesh. £1.00 each http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/161699308656
- 6 x Boxes of unused 140mm fixings. £50 a box http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/161699321691
- 2 x Boxes of unused 160mm fixings. £50 a box http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/161699328993
- 2.5 x Boxes of used 140mm fixings with new rawl plugs. £30 the lot http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/161699331246
- 3 x 25kg tubs of wood fibre insulation glue. £50 a tub http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/161701721222

Obviously some of this is quite specific to the Unger Diffutherm system, but I think a lot of it could be re-used with other things - the mesh and plaster for example. Note also that you can use this internally or externally.

They're all on eBay as individual product listings, so that you can buy as much or as little as you need, but obviously if someone wanted to take the whole lot off my hands, that would be great.

Mostly collection only as it's either too big/bulky or heavy to post anywhere. I'm happy to deal with couriers/pallets though if you want to send someone to collect it.

We're on the Devon/Somerset border, 5 mins from J27 of the M5.]]>

Job lot of Diffutherm External insulation stuff plus more http://www.greenbuildingforum.co.uk/newforum/comments.php?DiscussionID=13039 http://www.greenbuildingforum.co.uk/newforum/comments.php?DiscussionID=13039 Wed, 28 Jan 2015 13:03:06 +0000 Gervase-Cooke
After completing my retrofit I have a lot of stuff left over that is taking up valuable space.
The list is not exhaustive but has the main items.
I'd really like to get rid of it as a job lot. Its several hundred pounds worth. I'll take a sensible offer (or maybe even a silly one). Maybe could even deliver within reasonable radius of Manchester for an agreed fee.

4 whole 60mm Diffutherm boards plus off cuts with tongue or groove on. At least 5m2.
1 40mm diffutherm reveal board
3 batts of 50mm pavaflex
1 tub of Baumit Silikat top coat render in a fetching grey (can be painted) (coverage 7m2)
approx 20m2 mesh
1 2.5m aluminium white powder coated 100mm overcill extension plus few shorter off cuts
various full length beads, stop rails, corner mesh, apu rails etc
2 sheets of Armacell 19mm insulation
2 lengths of Airflex pro approx 6m each
Various connectors grilles etc for 3" and 5" ventilation ducting

The tongues and grooves of the diffutherm boards are not perfect but as they were delivered to me and I had no problems.
There's pretty much everything you'd need to do a small 5m2 external job except base coat render and fixings.
Though a bit complex its a good system to work with.

Whisper me if you are interested.

Thanks

I'm near Rickmansworth close to J18 of the M25, Give me a whisper if you're interested. It's not more than about 4'6 long and the cast iron legs can be removed along with other bits to make it light enough for two to shift easily.]]>

Has anyone got that amount spare or knows of another outlet, which will sell this quantity?]]>
