Commercial build: Airtightness and self closing fire doors

With increasing levels of airtightness has anyone been able to avoid the problem of self closing fire doors not closing.

As there is nowhere for the air to go it is very difficult to get these doors to shut smoothly and then in the summer when all the windows are open all the doors have a tendency to slam as they have been set to compensate for the higher pressure during the winter.

Anyone any ideas how to reduce or resolve this problem?

It is a very good problem to have! Had it domestically but hardly anyone builds air tight so it is unlikely that you will find a solution.

There are final closing devices sometimes used with pairs of doors which might help and any device separate from the closer could work too.
