    Hi all

You have lived through all my attempts to get this nursery sorted & we are much closer

I have planning permission, some sort of preliminary certificate from Building control, we are a co-op, we are about to access funding. So everything is going very well

Now the Architect has produced tender documents & will help me decided on builders - so we need to find local (greenish) builders in East Norfolk

    Does anyone have any ideas?

Yep I think getting this far is an achievement (for a novice like me)

I'll have a look at that website

It's scary to think we have to borrow all this money & supervise all the different trades

    Thanks Ted,

I just came on to say I am seeing another builder tomorrow

This builder wants to do it with lots of sub-contractors that I pay separatly plus an account at the builders merchants locally that I pay

He has done work for me before but I wonder if it is too big a job for him

On the other hand I know him & I trust him & we speak the same language

Have you tried Timberville Ltd in Norfolk, they import log buildings and have a team of Finnish builders that will do the contract for you, they are very good.
