Has anyone got any experience using hemp lime plaster on plasterboard? I've done a test sample and it seems to have stuck well enough. Suppliers don't recommend it but I can't see why it can't be used. I'm thinking of doing the ceilings as well as the walls with hemp lime but don't want it to turn into an expensive mistake!

I'm not sure why you would want to go to the expense of plastering with lime rather than using gypsum?

People generally use lime because it is breathable, but gypsum based plasterboard isn't.
