I have a micro shop in the Highlands of Scotland, in a beautiful situation. What if say 10 like minded individuals put in say Â£1000 each towards buying 1/12 of the freehold and the cost of converting into a micro dwelling worth Â£60k maybe more and each took a time share on holidays there?

Each member could bring their expertise to the project!
