As always we ask how does that affect the sale value of the house? New owner only gets free day-time electricity in exchange for any bother involved with the maintenance, meter reading and so on. OK for a renter who has a maintenance relationship with the landlord anyway but may not be convincing for an owner occupier. At least with FiTs payments the seller can point to a track record of cash income.

There's been a bunch of discussion on the Navitron forum. My summary: it's a dodgy scam - run a mile!

=1, and I reckon they will pay almost nothing and walk off with yout FiT
