Below is my round-up of what I can currently find (aside from those produced by insulation material companies)

Does anyone have any others to suggest, or a clear favourite?

For me, I need something either online or spreadsheet-based, or an application that runs on a mac.

Obviously reasonable accuracy is important, but so is user-friendliness, and the ability to save calculations would be handy. I'd be willing to pay for something (not loads) that was better than any of the free options.

Something that will give you a useful dew-point calculation is also good.

Not for you (it's Windows only), and not free, but I've used the BRE calculator for over 15 years:

Thanks Lineweight, and thanks Mike1 re BRE. I realise it is not a publication, but when I clicked the link I was expecting a much higher price. For 60 (tax-deductible) quid I think I'll get that. I currently do mine on the non-smoker's version of the back of a fag-packet.

I wait for the 'DIY' version of dynamic condensation risk analysis software...
  2.
Looks like there are no well known options that I've missed then!
  3.
As I say I don't usually use the computerised ones, but doesn't Build-Desk do one? A company I used was using the (free??) trial version.

It looks like they do. £250ish. Unfortunately no good to me (on Mac) as Windows only.

Ukakus is my favourite of that bunch.

I also found Ubakus useful, with a bit of trial and error getting used to it. I like the visual diagram you get as a result.
