I have a great D'Alessandro Termoneccanica with flue and 100kg hopper, model CS25, 25 kw, one year old wood pellet boiler for sale. Its so efficient that its too big for my needs, (a detached 3 bed cottage and separate studio) so I have had to reluctantly return to oil. Can anyone make use of it? The commissioning agent was superb so I am happy to recommend him. I am based in South Cumbria and buyer would need to collect. All reasonable offers considered.

I could be very interested. I am in South Cumbria and have just bought an old house for complete renovation. Some challenges with insulation so there will have to be a bit of a compromise and heat loss/demand might be greater than would have ideally liked.

A biomass boiler with a bit of oomph rather than ground source heat pump looking like an attractive option. Although if you found it to be overkill I could find myself in a similar situation.

Just joined the forum so don't know how to communicate more directly on this matter.
