    Newcastle upon Tyne is closer to London than Penzance. The Post Office is just brilliant at getting things down here,.

    Hi Skyewright, I just came across this and realised I never answered, very sorry. Not sure if you are still interested?

    Open to offers on price, but they retail for £175ish ((see: http://www.screwfix.com/p/galaxy-gap108-powerstream-unvented-instant-water-heater-10-8kw/85541, this is for the 10.8 not the 12kW as we have). These look identical - I believe Redring make them for Galaxy?). If you shop around you can get them a bit less though.

    I will also throw in a other few bits if needed, eg a 50amp MCB and a D/P 50amp switch.

    Lets us know.
