Is it just another exhaust air heat exchanger.
If so, where does the energy come from to heat the water in the heating season?

“If you want a total solution that covers central heating of the house as well, you should choose a Compact P solution with an outdoor air or ground source heat pump.â€Â

However, the lack of sensible discussion about what the thing actually is or does on the front page put me off looking any further.

Thanks Ed, I could not be bothered to look closely at the brochure for the same reasons.

As a fanboi, I have to point out that it does say 'passive house certified', which in my book means it is worth clicking on the link for the brochure. But I confess I was very disappointed by the glossiness and lack of information provided and especially the lack of a link to the other documents, such as 'Product Data'.

Further, I searched and found a page that claims 'Download data sheets domestic solutions' but that wants me both to install Flash AND enable Javascript before it will show me anything.

So I'd have to agree with the general sentiments - avoid like the plague.
(Based on absolutely no information at all, I hasten to add, just my personal prejudices)
