    Planning approved, hooray! I'm now considering using a timber frame package to manufacture and erect. Has anybody got any recommendations? I'm in Bucks/Beds area.

    buy the wood! and build it from that! (if you must, why not build it from bricks and blocks?)

    I was intending to do just that (buy wood and build it) but it's mainly lack of time that's making me look at options. As for the brick and blocks, probably a bit late for that discussion now planning is approved!

    not at all, planning says nothing about construction only about size and appearance.
