I hope to be concluding my new self build in the next couple of months and my thoughts are turning to getting all of the paper work in order. Does anyone have an example of a Site Waste Management Plan they they'd be willing to share?

Searching online I've found lots of companies offering their services and a couple of guides which are more applicable to multi-house developments. These look expensive or very onerous. I'm hoping there is a middle ground out there which is acceptable for a couple of CFSH credits.

I'm hoping that someone might have an example they are willing to share and I can use it as a template for my SWMB.

    Thanks,
    Richard

    WRAP template is still valid?
In Wales (anyway) your CfSH Assessor has the BRE/STROMA template?
Fill that in, combined with evidence of pre-sorting on-site, skips, and tickets for carting/recycling.
Basically, you have to demonstrate no land-fill....
    Cheers:smile:

Unfortunately the WRAP templates seem to have disappeared from the website. I will ask my assessor if he has the BRE/STROMA template.

Examples of any completed plans would still be welcome

I though the code for sustainable homes had been scrapped?
  3.
It wasn't lifted retrospectively so those of us with CFSH planning conditions still need to work through them. It's a bit of a challenge with some resources already disappearing.

    Richard,
    A perhaps stupid question, but...
have you asked your CfSH Assessor what evidence he/she has accepted on previous jobs? Then match that?
Ideally, a previous happy client, contact them? :-)

I have tried that, and will try it again, but not much was forthcoming. I'm too scared to ask how many projects he's done before as I fear it might not be many. More assesors than new builds in and around London I guess...
