Our house has so much squirty foam sealing round windows and at the eaves I'm starting to wonder if it will all blow out/get sucked in when we do the airtightness test. I'm very pleased we've reduced opportunities for thermal bridging but is there a sensible limit?

Don't worry - airtightness testing customarily uses 50Pa of pressure difference - that might be hard to visualize, but google handily coverts this thus:

50 pascals = 0.00725188689 pounds per square inch

Work out the area of your foam and you'll see the pressure is minuscule.

I was told the 50Pa over/under pressure is only like leaving your front door open in a strong wind...

Didn't even blow cobwebs out of some of my unplanned vents!

I'd been expecting much more than that!
