    ------------------------------ Project and Volunteer Manager ---------------------------------------------
    Hours: 37 hrs per week

    Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 4:30pm

    Salary: £26,491 – £27,357 + 5% pension

    Closing date: Monday 4th April 2016 – Midday

    Interviews: Monday 11th April 2016

    Latch requires an experienced worker to manage domestic refurbishment and other construction projects along with managing a programme of volunteer participation in these projects.

    This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team delivering a unique programme with far reaching benefits to many.

    Experience of construction project management and working with volunteers or trainees is essential.

    A full driving licence is required.

    --------------------------Refurbishment and Training Worker----------------------------------------
    Hours: 37 hrs per week

    Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 4:30pm

    Salary: £24,831 – £25,641 + 5% pension

    Latch requires a skilled and experienced worker to refurbish empty properties with volunteers and trainees. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference to the lives of unemployed people who gain skills working on the empty properties and homeless people who move into the finished houses.

    Experience of training and supervising people with a range of skills and support needs as well as working in the refurbishment or building trade are essential.

    A full driving licence is required.
