I know the EPC certificate Is'nt worth the paper its written on, but it can help if have all the facts when negotiating to buy a property etc.

Did you know you can get free copies of the full EPC for both domestic and commercial properties from Landmark.

Non-domestic: https://www.ndepcregister.com/reportSearchAddressByStreetTown.html
