    Just relocated our 30 tube panel to make room for a PV array and need to refill the anti freeze. When I originally filled it I used concentrated antifreeze which I just poured in and topped up with mains water that also pressurised the system.

    Without thinking I bought readymixed Solar S1 so I need to be able to pump it in at around 2 bar without adding water so it doesnt get diluted. Any ideas? I guess there are pumps out there but I've not come across any.

    5l garden sprayer, available for less than £10. You'll have to make up an adapter though.

    Navitron will sell you one: http://www.navitron.org.uk/store/solar-panels-hot-water/solar-ancillaries/solar-loop-accessories/filling-kit-for-antifreeze-hand-pump (although rather more then the tenner billt mooted, your local garden centre may well offer a better deal than this. The one I have is pretty robust and I think I paid about £15).

    The pipe is the same OD as 10mm copper so making up a fitting to go into your pipework should be straightforward.

    Good stuff. Job for the weekend before we get anymore cold weather. PV's being installed monday and tuesday so I want the thermal panel all sorted before then!
